The Argentina national team playmaker, and captain, Lionel Messi has said though he celebrated after they won the world cup in Qatar 2022, within his heart, he always felt sad that the legend Diego Maradona did not see the Argentina national team lifting the world cup.
He said after 32 years without winning the world cup was the biggest challenge in his football career. He said many sports analysts failed to rate him among the best three but today, the story is different after he added the world cup to his achievements.
